I was supposed to get a standard plastic bag in which to grow the kit, but I did not receive it, and the customer support is not responding. As a first-time customer, this is not the best first impression of the shop, even though it gives a professional vibe.

This shop is excellent and would be my regular go to. We just need to supply a little bit more on the herbs. Prices are high everywhere but Zamnesia can make a difference and then we will all be shopping there.

Not good service at all. In the first order they didn't put the gift bag. In another order the monkey that was a gift was useless! In every order there was a delay and a problem with the receipt. End of cooperation...!

Zamnesia hat eine falsche Hausnummer auf das Paket gedruckt dadurch ging es zurück. Support stellt das ganze als mein Fehler dar und will mir jetzt aus Kulanz die selbe trüffel zurück schicken die jetzt seit fast 3 Wochen in dem Paket liegen. Ich habe nachdem DHL das Paket zurück geschickt hat gleich beim support mit der korrekten Adresse gemeldet und geschrieben das och bitte ein neues Paket möchte da es ihr Fehler ist. Das wird komplett ignoriert. Ich will eigentlich nur noch mein Geld wieder haben. Das wird auch ignoriert. Zum Ende habe ich weder Geld/ware.

In the past I have had great experiences with the Zamnesia truffles but this most recent time we got Hollanda and Utopia and had almost a full pack each (based on the Zamnesia calculator for body weight) and the effects were mild at best. This was not due to heavy use since this is a once a year experience at most. Unclear if it was a bad batch, too much heat during shipment, or some other factor. But the end result was just a minor effect at best with minor visual aberrations that lasted less than an hour.

As costumer of many years, this was my most disapointing and worst experience with Zamnesia. I contacted them twice within two weeks to know where my order was at (at the time tjey were alraedy 2 weeks late). Weeks later i got an email from the system telling me that my order was delivered. -> I never got an answer to my contact requests/emails -> And, I never got my order! I ordered for € 82,98, impossible to reach anyone by phone. Absolutely do not recommend them anymore! Just like their Mystery boxes, they've become a total **** business to me. "À éviter!"
