I have ordered from Zamnesia a number of times now and the service is always fantastic. Prompt delivery and order updates every time. And their products have been spot on every time. I would, in fact, I have, recommended them very highly

Zamanesia went above and beyond to replace undelievered grow kits.

Contents were great and as described, however the box arrived partially open. This left for less than desecrate delivery.

Zamnesia chose Seur as delivery company, which know to not work at all. I was waiting for delivery for a week. Then I got notification that my parcel delivered. But it was not. I was at home while day there was no call, no ring, nothing. I searched deliver points close to my house - there was nothing. After one week of discussions, I was told Zamnesia can only use Seur. Which again brings only suffering and no delivery service. This means that they literally don't deliver to Portugal

Been using Zamnesia for some time, and nothing negative to report. I like the "new" store points system so you can buy merch for "free", love the polo shirt. Only downside to the NL website is that you can't change language to English while staying on the .nl version. And I wish I could set up alerts for when my favourite items are on sale.

I always buy from them. Even though I am in another European country, my packages arrive earlier than expected. The goods are always intact. If there is a problem, they take care of it quickly.

Not 100% as my 1st Jedi Mind F**k Ready2Grow was contaminated, but refunded and with gift voucher worth more to remedy and help find an extra one to try on top of that. Very well worked out and a Ready2Grow from my 1st order is just coming through looking beauuutiful! Thanks so much, Joe

I love zamnesia, firstly I was hesitant about ordering from a online shop abroad and secondly there are so many online stores of this nature that are ****mers and or selling **** products, however my prayers have finally been been answered and I found zamnesia, these guys are not only honest there customer service is top of the drawer, the quality of items for me are fantastic along with fast despatch and delivery time of less than a week to the UK.
