The products are banging, only posting can be faster
Got some salvia and it was great
I ordered recently and the product arrived quickly. The whole process was seamless beginning to end. Very happy customer.
After 7 Days of waiting, I opened the Package on the 8. Day. It was looking very bad, I instantly messaged the Support, but they just said it looks normal, after i sent them a picture of it. So far, so good. After 2~ Weeks more, I messaged them again. The Answer: It's normal, it looks fine there is nothing contaminated and can take up to 3 Weeks to grow. After 4 Weeks i messaged them again and said i was unhappy since the very first day with your Item you sent, they started their salesmen attitude to do everything they can but no refound the money. After consulting a lawyer, they had 7 Days to refound my money, otherwise I would sue them. Now they decided to ban my Account permanently (laugh, so hard to make new acc but i don't buy anything there anymore so that's cool) and refound the money. It's ridicules, they tell me to treat them like Human because I got upset with all this Salesmen Tactic and wrote a little more on point, so now im accused to be a bad person too. But they are the people who try to **** me. Sending defected Item and then playing around and waste my time. There is much better options to buy Shrooms, Seeds or what ever. Absolutely not recommended.

Despite the error in the preparation of the package (the main item, i.e., the kit with mushrooms, is missing) the assistance received was fast and very professional. I was also offered a generous voucher as a refund, which I declined since I did not need it.
