J’avais commandé un grow kit ( champignons ) malheureusement le kit a été contaminé… je l’ai acheté 52 € et après en avoir parlé au service client de chez zamnesia en même pas deux jours, j’ai reçu une carte cadeau de la valeur du kit ( 52€ ) pour pouvoir reprendre un kit ou autre chose qui pourrait me plaire ! Service client ultra réactif très respectueux et à l’écoute du client ^^ Merci à zamnesia pour cette efficacité et ce professionnalisme !!! Aucun service client ne m’a jamais répondu aussi vite ! Un SAV en or est un site en or ! Merci beaucoup zamnesia ! Je recommande à toute personne !!!

Received a dented/poorly delivered box that once opened had a ruined shroom kit in and the blunt wraps were dry and didn’t even stick(not sure if blunt wraps are old or what)

I received my order and everything was packaged perfectly and was delivered fast 3 day. Out of the 4 item 1 was incorrect it had 4 out of the 5 seed. I sent the email and everything was fixed. 10 out of 10 I will spend my money with Zamnesia every grow. *Us needs it's own costumer service 2 sites with deferent inventory

Easy to use and understand

I have used many seed companies in the past, whether it's royal queen, fast buds, terp trees etc, but I can honestly say since buying zamnesia seeds I haven't had a single one fail in germination, so yes 100% germination for me so far. I have around 75% with the others and we all know seeds aren't the cheapest especially when you buy mixed packs which only contain 1 seed per strain, highly recommend!!
