Bisher hatte ich nur wenig Grund für Kundenservice-Kontakt. Aber wenn dies der Fall war, kamen Antworten binnen weniger Stunden, spätestens am nächsten Tag. Jedes Mal war eine mehr als zufriedenstellende Lösung das Ergebnis. Einmal habe ich eine bereits getätigte Bestellung noch ändern wollen. Auch dieses war einfach so völlig unbürokratisch möglich. Bei anderen Web-Shops heißt es dann nur "Das geht leider nicht mehr, da bereits in Bearbeitung". Einfach ein großartiges, Kundenfreundliches Konzept.

It takes a day or two, and then everything is sorted. You can also find a lot of "old" landrace weed here. Even if you have no idea, you'll be guided through the entire topic of weed cultivation with first-class instructions. All in all, a top-notch shop, highly recommended.

My experience with Zamnesia was generally good except from the proceeding of my order that late one week after my payment

We had a few seeds that didn’t germinate in our last order – which can happen sometimes. What really stood out was Zamnesia’s quick and fair response. My Kit was sadly contaminated an due to that not working. After ezplaning what happened i got the chance to get a free kit. Very lovely.

Bad customer service about the delay

I ordered some products and paid through bank transfer. I received the validation of the paidment for the order quickly (the day after). However, the actual dispatch of the parcel took an additional week... after dispatch, it took some days to arrive at my home (this is normal and expected). in the end, the parcel arrived too late for my event.. In a nutshell: prepare the order faster.

Good products, maybe packagings are a bit over done, could lower the price a little with less fancy packaging. Transport fast and secure. When something went wrong in the order we were always fully refunded without any problem.

First I want to say thank you for the extra permanent marker strain seed I got in the container. So three out of the four going strong_ish (3/4). Two girl scout cookie seeds I had received both didn't germinate(0/2). Three gorilla glue #4 seeds did not germinate(0/3). Seeds look premature.
