I placed three orders within a short time. Each time, the free seeds I received were rotten and crushed. They were free, so I can’t really complain — but honestly, if they’re just giving away defective or discarded stock, there’s no point in offering them as gifts. (F1 seeds from Royal QS — are they generally prone to rotting?) Other than that: great service!

I really stuffed it up by following the instructions for the grow kit. I contacted Zamnesia team and they helped me out so I can give it a new try. Thank you for great support. I will report about the new try. Once again thank you for this great support. Best trustworthy shop and support team :-)

I've been a customer for years now, and that is for a reason. They are simply No1, when it comes to delivery, quality on products and very helpful IF there should be any issues. Zamnesia 4 ever!

I would have rated 5 stars but the delivery was quite slow. The product however. 6 days and already have some pinheads showing. Packaging etc was great. Online instructions were easy to follow too.

As it's so many parameters when it comes to these things, then it's difficult to lay anything on the company service. But I will get back to you when I've experienced the goods!

Der Support ist super wie immer aber die Qualität hat ganz schön angenommen und die Versandabteilung von denen braucht auch immer länger mittlerweile. Bin dazu übergegangen direkt bei den Samenbanken zu bestellen Die Samen der Hausmarke sind auch überteuert da täuschen auch die Rabattaktionen nicht drüber weg Hab früher gerne bei zamnesia bestellt, nun nicht mehr
