I ordered a Supa Grow kit which unfortunately didn’t produce more than a couple of small pins. Giving I’d been nurturing the kit and followed the instructions closely this was a disappointing outcome. After contacting Zamnesia and answering a few questions they told me the kit was likely defective.

All was good! From the shopping experience itself, to the details for payment and delivery. Since I buy from the UK it takes quite a long time to get the products, but that's no issue at all. I can't think of anything I would ask to improve!!! The range of products is always pretty awesome, I'm more focused on mushrooms, so anything new that comes that way I will be interested!

I pretty much liked everything. My order was submitted very quickly and everything went smooth. And eventhough my grow kit turned out to be deffective your service did not let me down and got me a new one. I rarely experience such good service and so it is pretty much certain that I will reccomend this website to my friends and family.
