So here's how it works. A message saying that your package has been sent... with a tracking link that clearly shows nothing has left warehouse even a week later. An email saying 'sorry' apparently they are inundated due to sale. Erm... your choice to sell beyond stock or warehouse capability, otherwise known as greed. Send a message on their site with their promised 48 hour return... and days later, nothing. Call the number on their site... it 'answers' to a blank. No message, no person, but you are charged for call. Mind blown in all the wrong ways. Never again, and I don't want the order, I want my 35 euros back!

First off, I have seen a few people saying "their seeds didn't pop" it's very well possible you are doing something wrong and yet they still tried to give you more seeds and yet you are not satisfied? To me that is 100% customer service. Everything else I have heard and seen about zami and the team has always been grade A. They kept in communication with me about my order as well as were pretty efficient due to the time of year with all the sales going on. There is a ton of very beautiful highly sought after strains on their, as well as other products you may want. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking for something that is worth while.
Quick processing of order and delivered promptly. A low yield but very good quality produce. I have had low yields of McKenaii before. This was a free replacement kit so not too worried. Always a pleasure dealing with Zamnesia

I initially ordered two mushroom grow kits from Zamnesia and used a coupon that promised a third kit for free on orders above €60. Unfortunately, the free kit didn’t arrive, and I had also bought accessories for three kits — which meant extra costs I wouldn’t have made otherwise. That said, I want to give Zamnesia full credit: their customer support handled the situation in a very professional way. They responded quickly, were polite and helpful, and took the issue seriously. They explained everything clearly and helped resolve the problem properly. Mistakes can happen, but what really matters is how a company deals with them — and in my case, Zamnesia did an excellent job. Because of their great support and professional handling, I’m giving them 5 stars.

I placed an order on Zamnesia for two mushroom grow kits and used a coupon that promised a third kit for free on orders above €60. However, the free kit never arrived. If I had known this, I wouldn’t have ordered accessories for three grow kits, which cost me extra for nothing. Very disappointing experience — the promotion was not honored, and it left me paying more than necessary. I hope Zamnesia resolves this issue, but for now, I’m not satisfied.

I had a great experience ordering from Zamnesia. The kit arrived quickly, discreetly packaged, and everything inside was well organised and exactly as described on the site. The instructions were clear, the materials looked high quality, and the whole process felt very professional. Customer support was also responsive when I had a question. Overall I’m really impressed with the reliability of the company and the standard of their products. I would definitely order from them again.

Product itself is great and I'll judge based off my first experience. My first order with Zamnesia went ok, slightly slower than quoted but all arrived fine. I understand Black Friday is a very busy time but using a delivery partner with such a terrible reputation isnt a recipe for success. 2 subsequent orders are taking forever, one was ordered one day later and it still hasnt arrived 7 days on from the first delivery.
