wrong address

I have placed an order and the address turn out different than i placed so immediatelly warned through message their services. was ignored and not contacted in 2 business days. until this day I did not receive my order which i paid over 2 weeks ago... costumer service is not up to the products unfortunatelly. i hope i still get my product soon...

Over 3 weeks for delivery when website and emails say 5 working days.

I have ordered from zamnesia 4 or 5 times now and each order has been late. I understand delays can happen but this last time my order wasn't "shipped" until a full week after I ordered and paid and then their courier didn't pick up the order until another 7 days. It then took 8 days with the courier to get to me. I was emailing to find out what was going on and customer service response was slow. I ordered truffles and they were so weak. 3 weeks stuck in a package maybe,I'm not sure! Such a pity because I like their shop and was hoping that zamnesia would be my go to shop for these products but unfortunately I won't be back for a sixth order. I was planning to start using them for my growkits but I never will now.
