Good customer service, quick service. I really like how one gets sent discounts and little extra gifts, it's nice. The one time I had some trouble with my order, Zamnesia quickly offered to send me the same item again. In general I'm pleasantly surprised with the quality of their service. Above all I like their affordable prices the most.

Great range of products and quality, but you use hermes and in the UK its horrendous, they abuse parcels and don't even ring your door, they just leave it outside, I've had one of them stolen or just never delivered. I would give 5/5 but the delivery let's it down, the other thing is even though you provide decent tracking information, there's still no way to determine what day it will arrive and this is important when it comes to hermes because if I see the van I would just go out and grab the parcel haha. Other than that you guys are ace

Jeg har ikke noget dårligt og sige om Zaminesia. I har været hjælpsomme og leverings tiden har været kort ved alle mine bestillinger. Det eneste jeg savner, er at kunne finde grow intruktioenerne for de forskellige slags svampe. Jeg har får tilsendt links i mails fra jer, men jeg kan ikke finde dem selv. Anbefaler jer klart 👌🏻
