Top marks for this company. I have ordered a few times now and delivery has always been spot on. The last time there was a small issue (my fault) but they had no problem rectifying the issue. There are many companies who can take a lesson from their dedication in customer support. Nice, friendly dedicated people. True to their word. I will certainly use them again.

An excellent variety of seeds, herbs and such. The few times that I had issues with my delivery, customer service quickly replaced them. Love Zamnesia!

The company is awesome and their products are just wonderful. I had a query that was attended to within a day and resolved the same day. I'd highly recommend their truffles and the support they offered to make the experience even better was spot on! I'm looking forward to trying their grow kits next and will do a follow up review soon!

Vier von elf Samen gekeimt – das ist selbst für Zamnesia eine absolute Frechheit. Beim vorletzten Mal bereits waren einige Samen gequetscht, um sie besser keimen zu lassen. Diesmal waren elf statt zehn Samen im Päckchen, was einmal mehr beweist, dass Zamnesia in voller Absicht veraltete Samen beilegt. Dies war mein endgültig letzter Einkauf bei diesem Züchter. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Four out of eleven…. Four out of eleven seeds germinated - even for Zamnesia that is an absolute cheek. The penultimate time, some seeds were squashed to allow them to germinate better. This time there were eleven seeds in the package instead of ten, which once again proves that Zamnesia deliberately includes outdated seeds. This was my last purchase from this breeder.

Zamnesia has one of the best customer services of all online shops. Whenever I had a question or an issue, I just reached out via Email and always got a reply within the next day. They are super helpful and kind with a lot of advise and very generous with replacement of orders and reimboursement (even if I was the one to mess up and it was totally not their fault). Can only recommend! Thanks guys
