Zamnesia has one of the best customer services of all online shops. Whenever I had a question or an issue, I just reached out via Email and always got a reply within the next day. They are super helpful and kind with a lot of advise and very generous with replacement of orders and reimboursement (even if I was the one to mess up and it was totally not their fault). Can only recommend! Thanks guys

I have never experienced such excellence in customer service before. These guys at Zamnesia are very good at dealing with inexperienced first-time customers like myself and are extremely helpful. I had some problems with a couple of products I bought and after explaining the issue, they decided to send me the replacements for free, I mean free products and free shipping. And they were very apologetic about it. I am very grateful and would recommend them 150%. Thank you guys, love you all!!

Top onlinemarket. I have already ordered several times. fast delivery very reliable and the customer service is sher obliging. I had problems with an ordered item on request they have responded immediately and offered me replacement + free shipping. I can only recommend this site.
