Really slow Service

When I placed my orders, I didn’t expect to be waiting over a month. I can take into consideration that it’s a busy time of year, but I thought that the company would do and have planned better for it being a business and knowing that it is a busy time of year. Because I feel now the customer is feeling the repercussions of poor planning and is now left without their products over the winter holidays. I really regret having to write this review as I feel like the products are high-quality, but I feel the really slow service lets all these other aspects down, and it has been a really deflating experience.

Missing items from order.

I ordered 4 things. Only Got 3. I have tryed to write to zamnesia and zamnesia support for more than a week ago. No answer.. so 1 Off all. It took 3 weeks for delivery. And then when it finally arives, 1 item (main item) is not there. And stil no help og refund og anything ..

Very bad more than a month late

It really is unacceptable to be more than 30 days late and get robot answers , the costumers service sucks and all you get is a 15% discount for your trouble . Worst ever experience shopping online
