Give love get love , pure dankness All of my seeds germinated at my last order ( 8 from 8 ) . They grow perfectly and the genetics are pretty good ( just 1 malformed plant until now ) The free seeds are choosed with love and empathy so feel free if you want to order at this Company ! Great job guys !

I ordered a few weeks ago. Shipping was super fast, safe and complete. I had some problems with a product (which was not zamnesias fault) and the customer sevice helped me out and offered a replacement of the product. Great costumer service. This is hands down one of the most helpful companies you will ever meet in terms of customer service. To be honest I had a bad experience with 2 kits and contacted them in a fit of rage, ranting about money and time wasted. Despite this the staff were thoughtful and considerate, they took the time to explain the problems with the kits (which it turned out was my fault). They were ridiculously supportive by educating me on the correct process and even helped me with 2 replacements (which is above generous) and further advice for when they arrive. I will be shopping nowhere else for these speciality items in the future. Thank you Zamnesia and Especially Kirsty in the care team who is a perfect example of what going above and beyond looks like!!
