some of our seeds didn't germinate and i contacted the support. after several emails full of tipps and tricks, they sent me 4 extra seeds!!! They were very nice and caring and more than generous! The quality is also very good in my opinion. I am very satisfied!

This company in my opinion deserve the 5 stars. I have always received quality products and packaged with care. They also have an exceptional customer service team, with prompt replies to any of the queries I have had back and forth with them. This website is amazing and the customer service is the best I've come across anywhere!!!! Only site I would use to order stuff like this from however I'm very upset because they don't ship shroom kits to the UK. Been waiting till pay day as get paid monthly(waited a while) only to find out they don't ship to UK. I have a load of money I was going to spend but now I'm just upset. You can't get shrooms in UK as nobody has them 😂 then I see in the news that Amsterdam is going to ban tourists from buying smoke at coffee shops. The world's becoming a joke at this point. My money, my life, I feel like people should be able to spend there hard earned cash on whatever they want to be honest, it's my body.

I got pretty excited when I found your site. I've been on a mission to find a grow kit that's fully colonized with mycelium....I even had some truffles in my cart to hold me over until my own mushrooms were ready. Then I go to checkout and nope, you guys don't ship to me! So much disappointment! I do like tour site though, tons of great info!
