Fast shipping, good packaging, and reactive customer support. However I've been very unlucky : I received a product that wasn't working, sent them a video demonstrating that is wasn't working, but it somehow fixed itself after I shipped it back. Obviously, Zamnesia is not to blame for the product quality, that's the matter of the manufacturer. However I'd liked a goodwill gesture, at least for the postal fees involved for sending it back. That being said, this kind of situation must be very rare.

I was to blame for the poor performance of the two MM grow kits that I had purchased due to not reading the instructions properly. Nevertheless, the Zamnesia customer service team pointed out my errors and offered me two replacement kits free of charge. Wow! These guys are amazing!

Great service, beautifully packaged, delivered quickly, and I liked my mystery bag. Haven't germinated any seeds yet, waiting for UK law to change.. Seeds safely frozen, as recommended in seed shop info.

Great service and great product. I had a "Golden Teacher" SupaGrow Kit and altough it didn't produce a lot of mushrooms, they were very potent and gave me one of the best experiences in my entire life. Definitely worth every cent!

I´ve ordered 4 kits (different brands), but only one gave a good harvest.The 3 others gave none. I´ve made a small mistake with one of the flushes though, but otherwise I did as the discription said. I had contact with their support, and the agreed on sending 4 new kits. This time it works out pretty good. Not all 4kits are giving a great harvest but all are giving some. I´m quite satisfied in general. Only one kit being a little weak on the amount. Great and fast customer support response. So in general I´m very satisfied. I can recommend the brand from Fresh.

Very happy with the way the customer service helped me immediately after I send a message via the website. My glass bong broke after one time usage, 3 weeks after I received the product. Luckily Kirsty could offer me a brand new bong for free! I would definitely recommend zamnesia and will order here again in the future.

Ive ordered 3 times from Zamnesia, there was slight delay receiving products to UK but it was in December so blame christmas/brexit. Everything ordered came as advertised and well packaged. The salvia (×80) is amazing and shrooms were spit on too. I shall be using Zamnesia very soon in the future

Customer service top level. Always receive a reply within 48 hours. I have purchased numerous grow kits which have all been good apart from this last one. It didn't grow as intended so I contacted customer support with pictures and descriptions. They asked further questions then offered a replacement or voucher. Its nice not having to argue due to a defective product whether grow kit or clothing etc. Keep up the good work Zamnesia.
