Customer service top level. Always receive a reply within 48 hours. I have purchased numerous grow kits which have all been good apart from this last one. It didn't grow as intended so I contacted customer support with pictures and descriptions. They asked further questions then offered a replacement or voucher. Its nice not having to argue due to a defective product whether grow kit or clothing etc. Keep up the good work Zamnesia.

I was so amazed when I first found this company on the web. They really care about their enterprise, deliver very effectively and discreetly. They are constantly having offers which made me more engaged in shopping. Also really like their catalogs: it has a great visual programing and funny cartoons. Above all they have opened the way for me to abandon alcohol and have fun with many natural, traditional substances that are mostly forgotten in the modern world. I couldn't recommend it more!
