I ordered 4 products, but they missed one of the products, it felt like a bummer even more, as one of the products did not work (bad quality), but they answered me and will make up for the missing thing on my next order. They also give a free scratch / mystery box as you order bigger orders, which is fun!! Mistakes can happen anyone, we are all human, and I ordered 3 items that was of same kind (same name) so I understand the person who packed it. Even tho they made mistake I give them 5 stars for being suppliers of good things and making up for their mistake and always answering my mails when I have a question. Great web store.

Excellent everything... web site, order follow up, delivery time, quality of products and accuracy on their descriptions. The work staff, they are the Best out There, they will help in everything and they will always be kind to you.Zamnesia is the place to buy anything you Need, it will arrive very fast, always in good conditions, isso bought a tray that came a little broken and they immediatly helped me and we worked a Solution.
