I ordered several products two weeks ago and none of the packages have arrived yet. The system won't let me track the packages and I don't know what happened to them. I understand that shipments are delayed due to the situation, but it is impossible to know what happened to my packages.

Imagine sending your money to have a company only contact you because you made a review on trust pilot? Two weeks after you send the money and wait patiently? So after waiting for essentially three weeks the package finally arrived. With an item that was absolutely not what I ordered. I emailed them and they took a couple of days to get back to only to ask me to send a picture with order number on, understandable but definitely not annoying, I have to write on a piece of paper after they couldn’t correctly complete the order. This has been an annoying process and their communication is slow and lax as though they do not care whatsoever. I’m astonished at the communication. 29/05 From this and the money spent I’m to wait a month. Excellent. Thank you. UPDATE - 2/06/2020 These guys are actually the best, they absolutely redeemed themselves!

I have bought a variety of things from Zamnesia over the last few months, and I have been satisfied. The few times that, say, a seed or mushroom grow kit didn't turn out the way expected, Zamnesia has always been very quick to adapting to the situation and to find a favorable and fair solution. Their products, as well as service has been fantastic 9/10 times, a great success rate - and I can only encourage other people to buy their products as well :)
