Ich könnte jetzt einen Roman schreiben, versuche aber mich kurz zu fassen. Ich bestelle bei Zamnesia bestimmt schon seit zehn Jahren und werde wahrscheinlich auch nie wieder woanders bestellen. Egal was ich bestelle es kommt immer schnell an, hat beste Qualität und sollte doch mal ein Problem sein dann hilft mir der Kundenservice immer weiter. Ich hatte vor kurzem das Problem, dass einige Samen von mir nicht gekeimt sind. Nachdem ich mit dem freundlichen Kundenservice Kontakt hatte, wurde mir hier wieder mal sehr weitergeholfen und ich habe einige Samen geschenkt bekommen. Auch Tipps für eine höhere Keimrate wurden mir gegeben. Ich bin sehr froh, dass es Zamnesia gibt und kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen. 10/10

Provided different invoice to customs than I received from purchasing. This lead to charges which should not have been applied. Support initially denied the error then refused to help after they were proven to be wrong

I'm a repeat buyer, however, this was the first time I bought Zamnesia mushroom grow kits. I find that it's even less effort with the Zamnesia mushroom grow kit in comparison with others, due to pouring 150ml of water in the bag at the beginning rather than spray the inside of the bag regularly throughout the growing process. Little things, but for an amateur like myself, I feel like there's more potential for progress. Similarly, I also try to choose those type of mushrooms that might be easier to grow, which could be less fussy so to say. Still plenty to learn to get the most of it, but I do think that this time it's been working better for me. Certainly will buy again.

Zamnesia is definitely THE STORE They should write a manual: “How to Keep a Customer.” It would be a bestseller. F.the rest

I have been customer few years now and shipping is fast, staff is very friendly and professional and always willing to help you even send new product when i messed up. One seed didn't grow and they immediately send 5 more. Reward system is absolutely addictive because who could say no to free stuff that is only for members and best thing is that if you are 18+ you can join in. It's very hard even considering any other than Zamnesia.com. Zamnesia is company that make other companies take notes how to run business like they do. 6/5 star.

I ordered outoflowering seeds, but I got normal seeds which grew like over 2 meters. The thing is, that the suppport asked me questions which do not have anyhting to do with the topic. They ask for pictures, but I already sent pictures. The questions about light and watering doesnt make any difference that autoflowering plants dont grew 2 meters high. They get max a meter. Its totaly different. So im not very happy about the support. In the end i got my money back for this seeds, which i appreciate. Service ok.

Have just become a member and made my first order, came across this supplier after using one of my other regular suppliers, had look at items on offer and was impressed by a good selection at good prices so ordered. Parcel was dispatched quickly and was ready for delivery, had a bit of a shock when I had to pay quite a bit for import duty so I contacted customer service who said there was nothing they could do about it so I ended up paying it so I could get the parcel delivered, I have noticed since they now have a limit which explains going over it will be liable for import tax, I did tell them it should have been more clear before you checkout! Which they now seem to have done. I think I will still order again soon as they do have some good offers. Thanks again.
