I have been using Zamnesia for 4 years now. They are organised, helpful and every product that I have purchased has been excellent. Cannot recommend them enough

This is not the first time that I have ordered from Zamnesia and waited over 2 full weeks for my package to arrive. It’s ridiculous and it’s not always the delivery service but also the warehouse situation. Things are not what they used to be.

Excellent service from start to finish , hand delivered by the postman. I highly recommend zamnezia,s kratom for helping anyone that is struggling with prescription painkiller dependency.

Smooth transaction as usual, extremely good procuct

I ordered two times five seeds from two varieties. One is correct but the other one contained only one seed. In the package there was 4 other seeds from another variety but that's not the one I've asked for..

Fats delivery, all in good condition, nice, large assortment of products. All in all I'm very pleased with the service.

I've always had a good experience with Zamnesia. Until this 420, when I decide to place my 10th order on the site. Sadly enough, one of my grow kits wasn't delivered. I sent a customer support ticket (with my order ID). Two weeks later still no response from them, except for an ask to write a review. I would have loved to leave a 5 star review. I really love their products & service, but this is annoying.

I am always happy. This time, the only thing I have to mention is, that the incubation tray I ordered was already used, whish is no problem at all, still there was no information about that. Other Clients might not react like me though ;) Cheers, Nico

I made a complain days ago about the packaging, and the mold in my truffles, but didn’t get an answer.

14 days shipping and not yet delivered packet , very bad logistic !!! and also bad email responsiveness
