Zamnesia is a great online shop yall. The truffles have really good effects and stuff. But when it comes to instructions on how to do this supa pro mushroom growing is not detailed enough. So i failed my first growing sadly. Please guys write more detail in that shroom growing manual. But i love that the package arrives really fast and i love the quality. +point for the extra gifts. Keep up the good work guys.

All good with customer service and the product (grow kit). I miss better instructions on growing the shrooms. Particularly: I don't think you need to harvest ALL mushrooms at once, just the ones with satisfactory size. Because on first two flushes, I had maybe 1 or two big mushrooms in the "perfect harvest state" and the rest were very tiny - total waste to harvest these.

Never had any problem with them, you can trust them. Ordered a cacti from them and it got a little bit damaged during delivery, they sent me another one.

Nice and quick. 3 from 4 germinated and one is still in the paper covert because of space :) The SAGE ... disappointed of that because I did not understood what is 5g and how to use it. Al the other seeds are here and wait to be planted. THX Daniel

Zamnesia is the best! Honestly even after receiving 2 grow kits that were defective they were so kind and supportive to send me a third one free of charge. The communication was always fast and very friendly, they went out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Generally I have been their customer for years and I'm not planning to switch to anything else. I tried other services from the competitors, but every time there was a problem no refund or no support came. Zamnesia on the other hand is there with you every step of the way. Amazing people work there, who belive in what they do. Thank you guys.

This time my grow kit did not work! Send a mail. Told Zamnesia I followed the instructions and that it did not work. They send me a lot of questions on how I treated the kit. Would take a loooong time to answer it all - and I already told them: when I wrote that I followed the instructions perfectly! If they promised me to be compensated for my work, I might have answered again.. but it is not a smooth process and unsatisfying that they demand this amount of work from me in order to - maybe - hopefully- receive a new and funtioning kit! Thus I am very disappointed and will stop using Zamnesia in the future and will also not recommend it to friends and others. I find it very sad - as I have been looking forward to some nice mushrooms and now it will not happen. Had beautiful experiences with mushrooms from Zamnesia before and have always followed the instructions to the full. Update: i have receiver an Answer here om trust pilot - but NOT the e-mail they claim to have sent me. Very very sad! Update 2: did get a new kit in the end. Was a long and hard process. But now I will focus my attention on giving the new batch my love and care :)
