I have ordered from Zamnesia 5 times so far and I've always been satisfied with the products and the customer service they provide. For example,in 2019 I ordered a grow kit shroom that didn't grew much shrooms and they looked weird. Of course this can happen sometimes for n reasons and it's totally fine. I emailed Zamnesia and sent them pictures with how the shrooms were behaving and they immediately replaced it with a new kit. This January 2020 I ordered some more stuff and I made the payment and all but forgot to add CBD oil in my order. The team was so awesome to cancel the order and to refund the payment so i could make new one. They are very friendly and awesome!

they had a christmas calender were they gave out presents. in the the windows there was the name of the product and the price of the product. that you would get for free if you made an order that was over 50 euros. when christmas was over they changed all of the prices again, so all the gifts had looked like they were worth more. for example i got the zamnezia premium grinder it said 40 euros on the calender but now it costs 25 euros. they mislead people and are just a greedy discusting company of dogs
