Their costumer service is excellent, I've had problems before where a product was defective and after emailing them about it they offered me a voucher that contained the exact amount of money I spent on the product or a reshipping of the product for free. And at another point a product I ordered got lost in transit due to the holiday rushes and they sent me another one for free. And the shipping is quick too! I live in Sweden and all parcels I order I recieve in three to four business days! (after shipping).

The site is cool, and the service is excellent. But Kanna stuff doesn't work (at least for me) And another friend that took the blue Lotus had a terrific problem on her face with kind of inflammation in the veins :( only now she is recovering herself.
