the delivery was ok, due to the chaotic parcel messenger, for the rest the first flush was quite good considering rather the harsh environment almost below 20 degrees and rather changing temperatures in my apartment. the second one I am still awaiting for. but again the temperature is a factor on its own. the mushrooms are surprisingly nice and strong specially dried they are able to show the full effect. so good I could eat on an daily basis :).

I sent them £*** threw envolope but apparently never received , most probably lost in transit however they was helpful and did give me a call saying them can give me 50% of a new one

I’ve had an account with Zamnesia since 2014 and have to say, had very good customer service back then and still to this day. Recently I had 3 mushroom kits which turned out to be defective. Usually they are always fine and have no problem. They completely understood and gave me a solution of either 3 kits sent with free delivery or a voucher to use in the store. I can’t help but praise all at Zamnesia. Quality products with amazing customer service

I placed the order on a Friday but it wasn't shipped until Tuesday, 4 days after. Considering that I ordered a shroom kit which they are supposed to arrive fresh enough to start it growing, I would have preferred to have it shipped asap as I normally place orders that takes 3-6 working days to reach my address. What should be the best day for me to place a shroom kit order to have the kit out of the fridge as less as possible? it is not recommended to have a growing kit stuck in a warehouse for 2 weekend days whilst it is travelling. cheers

this is my second mushroom grow kit, the first seemed great and i even got four flushes . The second which is the McKennaii at this stage look identical to the last Im just about to send a picture to make sure there the right ones cos if not ive just been had. Must say the zamnesia company have been great to deal with
