i ordered 2 products, both were available when i ordered but at the end only one was after i paid. It's ok to have a stock issue of course, but what i don't like is that they didn't offer a refund they gave me a coupon even that i ask for a refund. That's a customer policy i hate, because i'am not going to do anything with my coupon, and if i order something to use that coupon i will have to pay more on top. You can have a problem it's human, but then you repair it in a way that please both part.

So far, I've always had a good experiences with Zamnesia. Quick shipment, products as described etc. (One mistake I made when shopping, not at all the fault of Zamnesia, was not realising my bank santander has enormous charges on international bank transfer)

Zamnesia is a great company! I've been shopping with them since 2013, both directly in Holland, as well as shipping product over borders. The packages are discrete and the product is superb. They have great promos constantly and the shipping price is reasonable if you're shipping a long distance. Their customer service is impeccable as well, they make sure the client is happy and are fair in their judgement. With Zamnesia you get the whole combo, a great product, great service and great people. I'm looking forward to seeing their business dominate the whole EU market because they deserve that.
