Happened on the last two orders - I was quickly dismissed with a bad explanation why the product is not as expected.... not cool. The first time I took it as "can happen" - after the second time and same approach of just trying to close a service request/claim as quickly as possible, I see a pattern and probably won't order anymore from Zamnesia. Edited 8.7. I got contacted by Zamnesia customer service and we are working on solving the issue I had with products. So kudos to them for hearing my complaint and working towards solution Edited 10.8. So... after editing this review 1 month ago, no more contact from their side... 1 star remains

Never had any problems with orders from Zamnesia to Austria. They have great products and their customer service is state of the art! If anything is wrong with e.g. seeds or a mushroom box, the support immediately offers you a voucher or a replacement for the defective product. No waiting or any other inconveniences you would come across with a usual customer support. I definitely recommend Zamnesia, been ordering from their shop since a few years now and never had any problems.

Very reliable and discreet, even offered to help with a small issue I had with one of my kits and sent me a replacement one instead. If you would like to give anything they offer a shot you don't need to have any sort of hesitation about their service. Just go for it!
