The plant cutting that was sent was too small, not large as advertised. Seeihg how small it was and the extent of leaf drop, i carefully removed it from the tansport container, and delicately worked the gel to free the roots but the plant wasnt strong enough and the stem snapped in two. I reached out to zamnesia about this under a customwr complain almost a week ago and ive still havent received any reply. This plant was the main purpose of my order, so im more than a little upset.

The final delivery was the worst option you could pick in Greece, Greek post ELTA is the worst option for anything, I would suggest you change your final delivery people as ELTA made the whole experience unnecessarily bad, other than that everything was perfect.

Seeds germinated and instantly shriveled, while ALL other seeds went on to grow fine. Contacted customer service. First I received a smart ass comment directing me to a germination tutorial. After I sent pictures, I haven't gotten a single reply. Terribly frustrating, really bad service.
