There was a quality issue with a spore syringe I ordered. *** happens! When I explained the issue, a replacement was sent without to much fuss. they were also interested in the TEK I used to help them troubleshoot and communicate with suppliers. I don't know if they actually did contact the supplier, but they know how 'it' works. The customer service reps are kind and professional as can be expected. the replacement product was to spec.

This time the delivery is very slow. If previously after ordering the goods were sent in max 4 days, this time it takes more than a week. I guess I will need to change my weekend plans. I can’t comment yet on goods, but previously all have been good quality. Update. I changed the rating as I really appreciate the customer service Zamnesia is having. And it is true that the items are within the estimated delivery time. I guess I was just spoiled with the items previously arriving quicker :)

The product is always great quality, unfortunately, the is so much problem with the shipping, if I could choose the delivery company I wouldn’t choose colissimo again because I have waited over 10 days for a supposedly fast shipping and my order was wide open when I received it.
