22/08 Well after a little problem, i can say there is a very good professional team at Zamnesia, because when there is a problem the team answers to your requests and is concerned about the quality of items sold and it is rare. Frankly, bravo. It was my experience not really funny started ! 17/08, Service d'expedition parfait. Le problème c'est que les truffes Fantasia ne m'ont rien fait en prise de 10 grammes, estomac vide...Et les truffes Valhalla j'attends toujours le voyage, car à part avoir vomis c'est le seul effet ! C'est fâcheux. Alors je me demande ce que vont donner les cultures de truffes et champignons, si c'est uniquement pour se purger c'est moyen entres potes !

I've been a customer of zamnesia mulitple times, and never had any issues, shipping was fast, quality of products

My vaporizer is out of order after 3 months of use. I send it back to Zamnesia and no news from them so I call and they told me they don't have a clue where my item is. I sent them the proof that the package was received by them. No decision yet. Just run and don't ever buy from them. They don't give a damn about their customers. ***

I must say, that it is rare - like extremely rare, to experience a costumer service like the one they offer at Zamnesia...! The goods arrive duly after order placement, always in good conditions (packed decent and careful) and by any chance of dissatisfaction, the costumer service takes care of it... Leaving me as a costumer, no chance to be dissatisfied. If only all businesses were run like this. What a joy it would be :) Thanks for great products and support.
