Excellent and quick customer service and quick delivery. Having to pay via bank transfer was easy once I got my head round it as I have never done it before but overall excellen.

I haven't yet tried the product so this is just a delivery review. It took almost a month (26 days) from order to product in hand. First the address on the package had been missprinted and when it finally came to my country it got stuck in customs. The package was discreet in appearance but big enough to catch their interest. Ended up coming up with an alternative content and paying a fee for that. Paid more in shipping and fees than for the product it self. If the product is good I will probably order from them again but ask if delivery could be made in a normal envelope.

48h to put 10 little items (paper & tips) in a box and to send it ! And the only answer is "Delivery in Belgium takes up to 5 working days from the day the package is shipped. Please note that the duration of the delivery is estimated times and can sometimes be delayed." Best customer service ever !
