If you are ordering from the UK, they will use Hermes to delivery your package and the chosen courier has the worse customer service you will ever experience. Overall average company with decent price, great products, good customer service and godawful delivery service.

Very happy with the service of Zamnesia. I am not that crazy about ordering things on line, but with Zamnesia there is no reason to stress. Very friendly and nice staff who helped me along the way. I was that stupid to give an incorrect adress, but the magic mister Micky helped me with a friendly hand. Very nice person and did solve my problem with ease. i am easily stressed and in panic but *** did help and calmed my nerves. Do not look any further: this is the company you need and can trust! A while ago I bought a 2+1 Magic mushrooms grow kit promotion. This was my second order from Zamnesia by the time and I was already very pleased with my previous kit. So I got McKennai and B+ and Zamnesia's choice gift kit was Golden teacher - I was very happy. 1 week into growing, I noticed that my McKennai were not showing at all, despite the other kits already producing 1st flush. 2 weeks later a single gigantic white mushroom grew from the McKennai kit. I was worried because it didn't look nowhere near what the McK is supposed to look. So I wrote to Zamnesia team sent them pictures and asked for info. Turned out a strange (but not so unexpected) mutation took place inthe kit producing weird shape albino fruits. After a few emails between me and Zmnesia support, they sent me another kit as a complimentory gift because my McKennai were going all wrong. I was very happy with this. Now a few months later I finally tried the Golden Teacher and the Cambodian, the team sent me and I am very pleased. Thank you Zamnesia for your excellent products and custommer service. Will definetely order again

Had Atlantis trips 4 times now (2 packs, taking a half each time). Have all been amazing but slightly different experiences, depending on my mood i guess? However the last half i took didn't really have much of an effect - i'd either had them too long in the fridge or maybe did them too soon after previous trip? Dunno, the first half i did were fine so it must've been something i did. Just about to reorder and i think i'm going to upgrade to Pandora this time. Delivery: Am based in the UK and delivery was pretty prompt. Was out when courier tried to deliver them so i had to go and pick them up at the post office with no problems.

After numerous failed attempts at delivering my order, Zamnesia went that extra mile to ensure my query was rectified. I would recommend Zamnesia to everyone. They are an honest and trustworthy company and I'm looking forward to ordering from them in the future! Awesome stuff guys- peace and love.

First time customer on Zamnesia and I can only say the best things about these people. My order the first time never made it to my house,within 12 hours,customer support had emailed me apologizing for the event(even though they did not have to,it was not their fault) and saying that they will immediately see to a replacement order. Second order was shipped within 2 days after the contact email and was delivered to my door by the local post exactly 6 days after shipping which was Friday and i received on Wednesday morning,4 working days if Friday is day 1. (trackyourparcel.eu has still not updated the parcel status,it says it has not reached my country yet so don't curse and swear at Zamnesia) All in all wonderful experience ,fast replies from support,one of the few that include track&trace in their price and a first timer for receiving a package 2 days prior to minimum waiting time!They also have a huge catalog with (i might have missed a few) EVERY seed dispensary that i know of.

I've been a Zamnesia customer for a few years and never had a problem but this year I made a mistake with one of their products and contacted them to ask for advice. Firstly they replaced the product even though it wasn't their fault. I was touched at the level of service, friendly attitude, speed of their response to my emails, how much they wanted to help and made sure I had all the information I needed so it didn't happen again. Everything what I was order came in normal time and in one piece. But last time when I was ordering the 8 seeds did not even grow from seed. All rest was ok. I am very satisfied with buying in Zamnesia
