Amazing process, no trouble

J'ai passé plusieurs commandes sans problèmes. Mais lors de l'achat de truffes je n'avais pas eu les effets attendus. Le service après vente à était très compréhensif et m'ont en renvoyé d'autre gratuitement. Bref une expérience très satisfaisante dans l'ensemble.

I found the company to be very good at solving the issue and made me feel merited in helping to make the problem solvable for both parties to be happy with the outcome. The problem was resolved in a very quick time frame which gave me confidence in trusting them for future products to be ordered and feel delighted to trust them if anything similar happened again but feel very confident that a simple mistake was made and solved very quickly without me having to fret in me explaining my self !

There was a slight mix up on my order and customer service handled the problem quickly and gave me multiple options on how i wanted to proceed. Far as seeds go: Fantastic! I have a 29/30 germination rate and far as the plants themselves - Beautiful!

Great company. I was missing some items from my packages I took a picture and emailed them and within no time the rest of my order was shipped out with no problems. I love getting the little extras they throw in the box it’s awesome. I would recommend anyone using them. The quality of there seeds are great. Product comes out wonder indoor and outdoor.

Order delivered quickly with no problems or issues. Product as described happy with purchase and would return and recommend.

The products are truly great, shipping is fast, and the product range is constantly expanding. The support is really excellent; problems are addressed promptly, and a solution is sought that is satisfactory for everyone. Furthermore, the installation instructions are constantly being improved, and the community provides valuable tips. A very good shop; I only shop here from now on.

Almost never had an issue, when something was missing they send it afterwards, issues with seeds (rarely) are handled very fast trough a voucher or you get your seeds refunded. All in all, they got a huge great quality product range! I can strongly recommend! :)

Received the mushrooms but there were no instructions. I had to find them myself and this caused problems as I followed the wrong instructions. Support was helpful with dealing with my problem, but not ideal for a novice.

I was unsure of what i wanted to order from the shroom shop, but there was a plethora of information on the site to help me choose including strain info, instructions and tips etc. The delivery took about a week and needless to say everything has worked out as described.
