Excellent customer service! Best company I've dealt with online! Clearly they have understood the concept of always putting the customer first. Can't think of anything bad to say about the people at Zamnesia. The only option for me when choosing among these type of companies online! Keep up the good work!!!

I told them in the comments in my order to NOT send me any comercial with the shipping, but anyway they sent comercial about their *** products (*** in most countries except where they are based) in the shipment. Otherwise all good. Update: thats correct now when Im thinking about it. I just remember that I was upset when I opened the parcel. I assumed there would be no comercial since it says "shipped discrectly" and then it comer with comercial about *** stuff.

There were some mistakes between shipping company and zamnesia and myself....it was sorted very efficiently when I went about it...cant say the same for shipping company...only thing I would say is for a more of an option of deliverly...ie. local postal service or shipping of your choice? Anyway,great to have a selection so broad....
