Ordered a grow kit which turned out to be defective, within an hour of emailing my complaint zamnesia had responded and after providing them with some details dispatched another kit that day. I'm glad to report that I got 6 flushes out of this kit. Great customer service and great product

The product was not what I expected. I expected mushrooms with more psilocybin. Strangely enough, the Post Office person was not the habitual one. I suspected it was a police woman. Who came to my doorstep to deliver the parcel I asumed that she just wanted to see my face. Cheers from Spain. ***.

I nearly got kicked out of my house because the delivery guy gave it to THE WRONG HOUSE and WRONG PERSON - the neighbours went nuts,then my landlady and her husband went nuts (shrooms are class A in UK!! - strange, but true)There really needs to be a 'signed for' arrangement with sensitive parcels. You did at least send a replacement, which I got delivered somewhere else to be safe.

Fantastic range of products at reasonable prices. Delivery was quick, efficient and discreet. The product was great. My only issue is a small one, I wanted to reorder the other day and most of the supagro kits were out of stock.
