I've ordered from this site a few times with good service but had a problem with my latest delivery. I got sent the wrong item and it became too much hassle to sort out so I gave up and am shopping elsewhere now.

I've bought stuff from zamnesia for a few years now. Never, ever, had a problem. Truffles are great, and more recently I bought a variety grow kit which I got a loads of mushies off. Always a pleasure doing business, will be buying more soon.

Products were packaged discretely, orders arrived in very good time, always top quality products and a brand to trust! Had an issue with one order and the customer service was outstanding, was given a new item and some lovely freebies to make up for it! Could not recommend this site more.

My dealings have mostly been positive with Zamnesia. My only problem was a shroom grow kit that grew green mould instead of mind opening mushrooms. However Zamnesia were able to sort this problem quickly. It is obvious Zamnesia cares a lot about customer service. I would recommend.
