I am very please with Zamnesia's service. All my orders arrived quickly without any problems. I messed up my account registration and then managed to mess up my bitcoin payment aswell with one of my orders. On both occasions I received very quick replies and the problems were solved instantly. The website itself is a very clean, no-nonsense design, well organised and easy to navigate. I also like the promotions, I feel I get value for money.

I have ordered from Zamnesia a few times now and never had a Bad experience. The Customer service is exceptional, any queries I have they respond straight away and really help out. The products arrive very quickly and if there is ever anything out of stock they are quick to email me and provide replacements. I have never had any issues with items sent. Great Job guys :) ***

I have purchased different things from you over different times, and have recommended you and your products to friends and family of mine! The biggest issue I've ever experienced through the website is the last time i went to pay I was unable to use my card & it took me a good hour to really understand what I needed to do (the best way to get my money to you) But once I got my head around it, it was all good! Ive not heard anything but good things come back to me, and I have purchased at least 4 maybe 5 different strengths/strains, (And various different lighters!) and they all come back with raving reviews from my people!
