As above no sign of product over 2weeks later no tracking update available and no reply to 3 emails sent to customer service .couldn't be much worse really

Placed my order during the busiest time of the year and even though the shipping took 12 working days (NL-->SWE), Zamnesia showed me how much they care about their reputation and relationship with each and every customer. The only thing that drags the whole experience down is their choice of Freight carrier company and the lack of updates on the parcel tracking - when compared to other couriers.

I'm happy the package just arrived. Today I'll take it easy I'm about to eat the whole bag of Valhalla I'll save the rest for the weekend As for delivery, I ordered it around Christmas time. That's why I had to wait 3 weeks. On the other hand, it's better because I still have everything Best regards
It’s been almost a month and I haven’t received my products , but because I already tried them I know that they are great . The thing that had me really mad is that I tried contacting them with many emails about my order being late and not even started the way to my address and they answered to me with automated emails even though I was clear with my problem it never got answered. I still don’t have my products and even though I’m a regular costumer I’ll think twice from buying from here again

Bad, bad, bad customer service and rude moderators at reddit, blaming the customers for not want to wait at zamnesia when the ordens and revenue are high for the company. Don't want to order at zamnesia next time

I was surprised that it took over 2 weeks for the package to get on the way, I guess due to stock issues. Otherwise very happy with the products, although it will take some time before I can give feedback on the cacti seeds :)
Order and delivery came with no issues. Emailed with query while waiting and received a quick reply
Due to it being Christmas time I understand that postage will be delayed so it’s no problem, the item itself came cracked on the bottom so I’m a little worried about contamination but I’ve sent an email today and hear their customer service is great so I’m confident they’ll be able to assist. Ordered on the 24th november,....... still havent received items i ordered. This was my firat order and will prpbably be my last. I will be complaining about the lack of service provided. Delivery times are a joke. Was told 5 days from order to deluvery not 5 weeks

Any problem with my many orders has always been solved.
Returned to Zamnesia after many years. I was hoping to have a smooth experience by timing my presence at home to receive delivery of my order. Unfortunately due to some issues the process and shipping of my order was delayed by a substantial amount of time. Because of this I was not able to start the growing process as I am away from home until christmas. I understand that life does not revolve around me. Its a crazy time of year. It's ok Zamnesia. I forgive you as your existence has enabled me to gain much enlightenment. Many thanks. Dave
Everything is really well made, the design of the products and the quality are excellent... Wow, i cant describe how much i love the vibes from you guys, idk but its really nice <3 The only thing that is like 4.5* (not even a downside xD) would probably be the shipping time, but its very understandable since this are international orders, and in the holidays the Couriers are really stuffed with work (last order took 12 days to arrive at home, Portugal).

Item not arrived after over 2 weeks, took over 10 days to dispatch. Cannot review quality of.product yet, but kept being reminded / asked / prompted to leave a review, so here it is.
Zamnesia shipped fast but their choice of carrier has let them down. Service have been very responsive with reassurance though.
I liked the ordering experience with one reservation - at least some of the reviews of the products are obviously biased. I liked that customer service was responsive. I liked that the package arrived to me, however I am concerned about the delivery itself, as i was asked by the polish delivery service, InPost, about the content of the package.
