I love how detailed the instructions are for the zamnesia golden teacher grow kits are. I used another company in the past when ordering grow kits and the quality was hit or miss, they had horrible customer service and shipping took forever. Also, the mycelium in the kits from zamnesia looks FAR happier compared to the other company's kits.

I ordered two mushroom growkits. I set them up as instructed and had my first pins within a week and I reckon I'll be harvesting some on the two week mark, which is much sooner than expected. I am thrilled. Service and delivery etc where all as expected. Zamnesia are a very communicative company, which i love.

The service is very good. Had a problem that my kit isn’t producing much and they are looking into it.

I'm not pleased at all. The delivery took already a notch too long but this is the smallest problem. I ordered 1+1 magic truffles Atlantis which have 0 effects at all. I ate them on an empty stomach and have no interfering active gradients in my system... so it can't be on this site the problem. The zamnesia golden teacher growkit after 11 days shows no visible pins on the top but only at the bottom and the sides of the cake, an disaster the cake have to be useless after it contaminates with the spores... I'm very disappointed. I did everything you can imagine for the preparation and followed YOUR instruction but the results are completely a waste till now. The best is the heat mat I ordered because it is working, lol. Greetings David

J’ai eu un problème avec des graines qui n’ont pas toutes bien germées, donc j’en est racheté et même problème mais le service après-vente de Zamnesia à sut trouver une solution satisfaisante à mon problème.

J'ai effectué une commande auprès de ce site, certains produits ne correspondaient pas à mes attentes. J'ai donc envoyé un mail et une réponse m'a été donnée dans les 24 heures. Après deux échanges de mail, Zamnezia m'a envoyé un bon d'achat de la valeur des produits qui ne correspondaient pas. Je précise que j'ai effectué une seconde commande qui s'est déroulée parfaitement. Je suis particulièrement satisfait de ce site qui est très professionnel et avec des réponses rapides et efficaces.
