Used to be quick delivery, now taking too long. Last couple of deliveries took so long items had perished, over €100 worth. No option to pay extra for fast delivery. Other issue I had was they didn't not have one item so they delayed entire order. Communication extremely slow. They did eventually refund but took nearly a month after original order was placed. Never had these issues before, not sure what's changed but hope it's rectified

I have been shopping here for years and I will most likely never stop as there are no other shops here in Europe that comes close to carrying the variety of things that Zamnesia does. The website is easy to navigate, the ordering process is fast and intuitive.

Fast delivery and satisfied with the products

The packaging was very indiscrete with mushrooms and names of the contents on the boxes. This is very risky for you as a recipient should the box be opened

The grow kit was easy to order, arrived quickly and gave a great yield!

I trust Zamnesia to deliver and their seeds are generally good genetics (can be tricky to germinate & weak seedlings I find, but get past seedling stage & they're very good harvests), but the magic truffles are 50/50 - sometimes they work, other times they do Nothing. I wouldn't purchase the pre packed truffles again as even when you follow the instructions they rarely give you a trip once taken. So far only 1 bag out of 3 worked for me, it's too much of a gamble with pre packaged truffles, so I prefer the grow kits which DID work, very well, but I have tried those only once. Hopefully the 2nd time I buy a grow kit from Zami it will be as good as the 1st (unlike my experiences with the pre packaged truffles!)

Been using this company for several order's. No nightmare stories or deliveries going missing. All original packaging from the seed banks. 3-4 day delivery time to Ireland

I opened a ticket for being provided bad quality truffles that had already gone bad by the time they arrived, the person in charge closed the ticket without even answering to me and essentially I threw my money away. You are ****mers.

Even thought i've had an issue with shipping, customer service have been very good and will definately be back to shop more.

Happy with the size of the kits for price took abit longer to come but may be due to ordering on a bank holiday I will say one of the bags you put the kits in had a tear in so had to patch it with gorrilla tape other then they I’m a happy customer and will definitely be ordering again

I recently bought a Dani Fusion 2 Dry Herb Vaporizer. I wanted the model with the metal stem, but was unable to find it in the UK from a reputable seller. Fortunately Zamnesia had some in stock and I grabbed one. With 15% discount it was a bargain.
