Excellent service and delivery every time

New loyalty program is great, good offers, reliable products, no faulty product has arrived yet

I love it I love it I love it!!!!!

Quick shipping. Pins within 3 days. When following instructions exactly, it seems the bag allows the top of the cake to get too dry - I have predominantly side pins, where there is more moisture against the plastic tub. Not a huge deal though.

I had a very positive experience with Zamnesia, especially when it comes to their customer service. The support team was incredibly responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was their level of goodwill and flexibility. They handled my request with great understanding and fairness, going above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. It’s rare to see such a customer-oriented approach these days, and it really builds trust. Overall, I can highly recommend Zamnesia not only for their products but especially for their outstanding customer support and accommodating attitude.

Ordered on the 31/03, it's the 14/04 and still nothing. Everything was in stock, no sorry's, no we are late... just list a delivery date but never deliver on the day of....

The top class products, never disappoints! Also quick delivery!:)

Ordered bunch of filter bags, 8 or 9 came slit on the side due to poor packaging, I sent 3 emails, no replies

product consistent with the order

I've never had any problems with Zamnesia. The seeds always pop, apart from the odd one or two which can be expected anyway. And I've recommended them to some old codgers like myself, who only grow personal some smoke nowadays.

I order from Zamnesia for various things, and my order arrives in a timely manner and the products are good.

Commande rapidement envoyée et bien reçue, avec un petit cadeau supplémentaire. Merci pour votre professionnalisme et votre générosité.

Will be using you again.

I love using zamnesia, quick effective & the gifts are a lovely touch

Very fast delivery,well orgenised

Normally I wouldn't bother leaving a review like this but since I've received like 3 emails asking for 1, so be it. A couple of days after ordering my order was marked as shipped on my Zamnesia account and I got a tracking number, when I checked the tracking the shipping company showed it as label created but package not yet received (or something similar). It stayed like this for 5 days, meaning despite marking it as shipped they didn't bother actually shipping it. On the 5th day I contacted support to ask if there was an issue, the day after the shipping company received the parcel (odd timing), and almost 2 weeks later, I still haven't had a response to my initial ticket. Therefore the only conclusion I can come to is, they marked it as shipped to claim quick order turn over despite not actually shipping it, forgot about it, realised when I contacted them, then posted it out and have decided to ignore my ticket in hope I just let it, which again I would have done if you didn't spam me requesting a review. P.s. The yields on the grow kits are much worse than I've had from other companies.

Very high quality products with accurate dosage as expected, also high quality packaging!

Delivery was secured and the order came pretty fast. The goodzs are intact and good! Thank you zamnesia team! Looking forward to order again!

I placed an order and it took nearly 2 months to ship, there was a glitch in the new order system, after many emails and phone calls it eventually got sorted, I got a small voucher to use as compensation

Very good

Great customer service, an great seeds!
