Affidabili e una sicurezza

I purchased 2 cacti and a mushroom grow bag for over a hundred euros. The bag arrived quite dirty. not ideal, but fine. It will be difficult to monitor the growth stages, as it’s impossible to see inside. I just hope I’ll be able to tell when it’s the right time for the harvest, which is one of the most delicate and important phases. As for the cacti: they didn’t know when they had been planted, and it took me four emails to get that information. On top of that, they’re growing in two different substrates, and since the company doesn’t provide details about the plants’ age, it becomes complicated to plan the proper care. I’m not an expert, but I would have appreciated a more collaborative and informative response. Regarding shipping and delivery, no complaints. everything was fine. But I don’t think I’ll buy from them again. They strike me as a sort of Amazon of psychedelia: corporate in scale, but lacking attention to detail.
