I've been a customer of zamnesia for over 3 years now. Buying every 2-3 months. I'm always buying the jetpack kratom gold extract. The first 2 years had zero problems, but since a couple of months, they seem to have transitioned to a new shipping company, or they have some new employees that do a sloppy job. They stopped packaging liquid products (like jetpackkratom) with bubblewrap. Currently for me its like a 50/50 chance if at least one (of normally 3-4 bottles) arrives broken. Either there was no bubble wrap used at all, or the bottles just get wrapped but without any ductape so that they literally roll out of the bubble wrap within minutes of shipment, or also all bottles put into ONE bubble wrap, which kinda defeats the purpose of a bubble wrap to begin with. I DID however always get a refund for the bottles, so it's not like they left me with broken bottles. But in this year, they probably racked up 500-600€ in refunds for damaged bottles just for me. For that money you probably could've sent out 10 thousand orders that DO include bubble wrap. I mean, I'm good as long as I get my money back, but this seems kinda weird. Apart from that, good company.

So ist ja alles supi, Lieferung ging schnell und war auch alles soweit ok. Aber die free seeds waren autoflowers, hab in meiner Bestellung aber nur Photoperiodische gehabt weil ich mit den Autos keinen Erfolg habe. Schade um die seeds. Würde mir eine Option wünschen wo man sowas angeben kann ob Auto oder Photo.

Einzige Probleme was ich fast jedesmal mit den magicmushroom habe, ist das die Box leider nie richtig voll wird, es sind da ein paar und auf der seite und da ein paar aber die Box inst nie richtig voll,und wenn sie zu gross sind und zum aus Sporen beginnen, dann wird das mit dem 2 oder 3 flush auch nichts! Aber die Samen und Trüffel sind auch gut

Tgey did not send instructions with the package. There was no instructions on the email either. I had to personallygo to their website, log in to remember what i ordered, then search for the instructions for it on their website. I had to do that several times and in result forgot missed a few things. I hope they survive! Unnecessary problem that could havw been very easily solved!
