Zeer goede en snelle ondersteuning bij het uitzoeken van de camera. Camera werkt naar behoren en was binnen 2 weken geleverd. Let wel op, handlingskosten zijn relatief hoog bij een order, maar desondanks is de totaalprijs nog steeds goedkoper dan bij vergelijkbare camera aanbieders, omdat deze camera prijzen echt super laag zijn :). Zeker handig voor ons omdat wij in de toekomst meerdere stuks nodig hebben. Max, bedankt voor de goede service!

Ordered products were delivered sooner than promised, all ordered items were included in the package and we had no problems to make them work (cameras work with the attached software and with Matlab).

Letzte Woche brauchten wir dringend eine Kamera für eine Voruntersuchungsprojekt. Daher habe ich dort angerufen und war positiv überrascht dass die ausgewählte Kamera als Vorrat direkt vor Ort erhältlich ist. Die Beratung war sehr kompetent und meine gewünschte Kamera und Objektiv erhielt ich gleich am nächsten Tag. Die Kamera und das Objektiv funktioniert einwandfrei.

Als software engineer moest ik voor het eerst een programma schrijven in combinatie met een camera. Voor de zekerheid toch even gebeld met ze voordat ik de camera bestelde. Ik heb goed advies gekregen en heb daarna de camera besteld. Deze was snel geleverd. Het aansturen van de camera via de SDK verliep vlekkeloos.
