Products arrive on time, as described. Great variety of products available

Leaving another review as Engels saw fit to remove my last one because it outed them for their poor customer service and many other flaws in the company. So this time i will keep it short and sweet. Everyone should avoid this company, once the order is placed they disappear and refuse contact. Our order was placed 3 months ago and still no sign of it. Many attempts have been made to contact them and many times I've been ignored. On the rare occasion i have had a reply, it's usually along the lines of 'we're not sure' and 'should get them next week'. Honestly just avoid at all costs and look elsewhere, much better companies out there for what they offer. I'm sure they will remove this one as well but hopefully it steers a few people away first.

I ordered off your website, all items stated in stock. I received my sales order and an estimated delivery of the 9/2/26. I received no more communication, I had to call you to be told items were not in stock and would be at least another week, I’ve still not received any information regarding my delivery. Very indeed and I’m thinking you’re lucky it’s a 3 star.
