Small bouquet delivered, LARGE ordered and paid for.
Ordered a large bouquet from Euroflorist at least 7 days in advance of Valentine's Day. The bouquet that arrived was tiny, I took a photo and sent it to Euroflorist as a complaint. This was ignored so I sent it again three days later. This time I received a reply stating that Euroflorist were perfectly happy with the delivered bouquet and that some flowers of greater value were substituted. I have asked which flowers these are as I have ordered the exact same LARGE bouquet before, not on Valentine's Day, and it had at least twice the amount of flowers with no perceptible difference in type. I await a reply. As far as I am concerned this is simply a Valentine's Day con job. Latest. Euroflorist have simply refused to answer my question around flowers provided. One CS agent offered a refund which another agent refused to honour. Unbelievable.
