Mistakes by me got fixed

Really prompt reply that there was an error on the address and able to arrange delivery to the corrected address - took a little longer than I'd have hoped but timing is everything. But recipient got the pressie so in the end it worked out.

Alles gaat fout. Uiteindelijk toch opgelost

Alles ging mis, klachten werd niets mee gedaan. Tot 17-03 Toen contact gehad met een medewerkster van Euroflorist. Alsnog goed en netjes opgelost. Een tip voor Euroflorist. Zorg dat al je medewerkers zo goed zijn als die ik 17-03 sprak. Dat scheelt een hele hoop ellende. Kortom, alsnog goed opgelost en dus alsnog 4 sterren.

Na bezorgen van het eerste boeket was�

Na bezorgen van het eerste boeket was ik zeer teleurgesteld, na het plaatsen van een negatief review heb ik contact gehad met Euroflorist.. Foto doorgestuurd van het boeket, en ik kreeg een tweede kans... Een nieuw boeket gestuurd naar de ontvanger en heel verrassend was dit een heel mooi vol boeket. Iedereen tevreden en zeker heel erg positief van Euroflorist, en ik kan dit iedereen aanbevelen.

Een heel mooi boeket!

Duidelijke website met veel keuze uit gevarieerde kleine, middel en grote boeketten. Het bezorgde boeket is echt vergelijkbaar met het gekozen boeket op de website. Leuk dat je niet extra hoeft te betalen voor een kaartje aan het boeket. Per sms kreeg ik later bericht dat het boeket bezorgd was. Met deze bestelling kreeg ik meteen een kortingcode voor een volgende bestelling, die ga ik zeker gebruiken.

No customer service

No customer service. Flowers were delivered but the other portion of the order was not. When I reached out to the company, no response from multiple ways of contact. Extremely disappointed, would not use again.

Euroflorist takes no responsibility for messing up

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, according to the tradition my girlfriend and I have of her getting flowers every Tuesday from me. We have managed to do this for over a year, despite the fact that she travels a lot and I have had flowers delivered in London, Barcelona, Oslo, Arnhem and Cape Town. Everything went well until I used Euroflorist's services. They failed to deliver on Tuesday and have not responded to my email requesting the flowers. I therefore called them on Wednesday morning and asked for feedback by 2pm, so that I could order from another supplier and still have the delivery today. They were unable to do this and when I call them at 1502 they still haven't found anything and are completely unwilling to contribute to solving the situation. They cannot arrange a new delivery and they do not get in touch with their courier. They have also failed to register that delivery has taken place in their own system. Nor have they tried to contact me or the recipient. After thinking about it, the Euroflorist representative is so "generous" that he wants to refund the order. He portrays it as being decent. As if a refund would help me. I want the flowers delivered, not the money in return. Euroflorist leaves me with the problem. Recommend everyone to stay far away.

Ordering flowers, from UK

Used Euroflorist Nederland to order flowers, to be delivered to Amsterdam. Fairly straightforward to do using the website. No problems with English language on their website. Recipient was happy with quality of flowers, and delivery was made on the specified day.

Bought flowers online for my mum's birthday. They arrived this morning. Mum sent me a picture and they are beautiful. She's delighted. The price was really fair for the big bunch of tulips she got. Would definitely use this company again.

Excellent floral arrangements

I have ordered floral arrangements while living in the USA for years now from Euroflorist Netherlands for my father. He loves receiving them for his birthday (he just celebrated his 90th birthday and was very happy with the flowers delivered) and for Christmas. They are always fresh, beautiful and delivered on time. I am very happy with their selection and service and will continue to order from them for my father for hopefully many more years.
