Ik bedacht om 10 uur dat ik die dag nog een bloemetje wilde laten bezorgen. Dat was geen probleem, om 17 uur is het bezorgd. En volgens de ontvanger is het een prachtige bos!

Als boeket bezorgd zou zijn zou ik een mail ontvangen helaas niet ontvangen hoop dat boeket wel is bezorgd.

I bought flowers for my girlfriend on the 12th of February so they would arrive on Valentine's day. But they never came. So I wrote to them on Valentine's day and asked: "what went wrong? I can see on the track and trace number that the flowers are delivered but she never received anything. I have typed in the correct address and we have also asked our neighbors if they received anything on our behalf which they hadn't." A week later their customer service replies to me: "We can see on the track and trace number that the flowers have been delivered. Have you typed in the correct address? Maybe your neighbors received it for you" How is it possible to ask those kind of questions when my last email was me telling the company all of that information? And today it has been two weeks since the flowers should have been delivered and my girlfriend still got no flowers. I have not been paid my money back and Euroflorist is not answering my emails. So I paid 43 euros for something I never got.

Ordered a big bouquet for my mom to the Netherlands for the passing of her brother. They made sure the note was well and beautifully written and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous! They delivered on time and my mom was so happy with them. Would definitely recommend them!

Ik woon in Isra�l, de eerste keer dat ik online een product bij jullie koop. Het boeket was geweldig, de wijn is van hoge kwaliteit en de chocolaatjes zijn geweldig. Mijn nichtje huilde van opwinding. Ik zag de aankoop van foto's die naar mij waren verzonden ... zo mooi.
