Poor service do not use!!! Still waiting on flowers 3 days later!!!!!
Soo after getting stuck in the uk over the holidays I wanted to send my wife some nice flowers I ordered on 30th at 9am ready for her to get them on New Year�s Eve but they stil Havnt turned up even tho it said next day deliver!! Its now the 2nd of January they message me saying there was a problem in the factory and they apologised and offered me a 7� gesture of box of chocolates does anyone really think this is acceptable after I spent 84� on medium size roses and box chocolates am Sorry but your incompetence and gesture to make things right is just insulting!! My wife was alone on New Years and I wanted to send her flowers because I couldn�t be there due to sickness!! I will never use your service again absolutely shocking and gesture of �7 euro chocolate doesn�t even cover the delivery charge. Poor service do not use!!!
