Bad service and product
I ordered flowers for my girlfriend a week in advance. They were going to arrive the 12th of september, they didn't so I contacted their support. They told me they were going to ask DPD what the problem was and get back to me. Then I got an email the flowers were going to arrive the 13th, still no response why they were delayed. No flowers the 13th, so I contacted their customer service again and got the same answer. They eventually arrived the 14th, half dead (not a suprise since they had been in a box for 2 days without water). I contacted their support again to complain about it, but got no reponse. They just took the money, gave bad quality flowers, that were completely dead 3 days later. To this day no explanation why it was 2 days delayed (they said they were going to contact me) The "Today delivered" on their site should be "Today delivered if you are lucky"
